This position is for an F-35 Instructor Pilot and Subject Matter Expert (SME) working with the Turkey Air Force at the Integrated Training Center (ITC) at Malatya AB, Turkey. 
Will provide F-35 instruction in the classroom utilizing Electronic Mediated Lecture (EML) and/or Interactive Courseware (ICW), and instruct flight procedures in the Pilot Training Devices. Instructor will provide instruction using the Full Mission Simulators (FMS). Act as a Subject Matter Expert for development and revision of courseware and training materials. In the FMS the instructor will operate the Instructor Operating Stations (IOS) and will be the SME for all pilot training. He/she will also be a SME for all courseware updates. 
This position also requires F-35 Instructor Pilot to provide F-35 operational training and Force Application support services to the Turkish Air Force (TurAF). Force Application services may include support to exercises, operational deployment, doctrine development, Operational Test & Evaluation, Operational Airworthiness and Aviation Risk Management.
Selected candidate will attend classroom and simulator training at the Luke AFB Pilot Training Center in Arizona before reporting to their instructor duties at Malatya AB The selected candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill their F-35 training objectives. 
This position may require you to Lead a team of Instructors in the on-time, on-budget and compliant delivery of F-35 instruction and Force Application support services. Responsible for the quality of and standardization of all F-35 contractor instruction. Will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a current final Secret security clearance with a reinvestigation within the last five years. Eligible for US Top Secret clearance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work unsupervised towards program goals. 
Strong systems engineering background. 
Candidate must have a minimum of 1500 hours Fighter Flight Time in fourth and/or fifth generation multi-role fighter aircraft. 
Former Instructor Pilot (IP) required. 
Former Weapon School, Top Gun, or MAWTS graduate desired 
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of fourth and/or fifth generation aircraft systems, operational experience with advanced sensor systems such as Night Vision devices, EO/IR targeting systems, Helmet Mounted Cuing, and the latest air-to-surface and air-to-air weapons inventory. 
Candidate must have prior experience in delivering military pilot academics and simulator training, and be familiar with current instructional techniques and delivery methods. 
Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. 
Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent leadership traits, strong oral & written communication abilities, solid ability to organize, and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction. 
Candidate must have active secret clearance and qualify for access to Special Access Required (SAR) programs.
Candidate must be willing to support flexible work hours to align with customer operational schedule.
Deployment and continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of the OJT required at Lockheed Martin’s training locations prior to international assignment. These locations may include but are not limited to: Luke AFB, AZ; Nellis AFB, NV, Hill AFB, UT; Eglin AFB, FL; Edwards AFB, CA; Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Yuma, AZ; Beaufort, SC.

Desired Skills:
F-35 Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) experience.
Current F-35 SAP clearance.
Experience interfacing with customer at military locations
International Expat experience
USAF/USN/USMC IP with multi-role fighter experience.
4th/5th generation fighter flying and/or teaching experience.
Formal International Pilot training experience.
