Qualifications

HS or equivalent. An Associate's Degree or higher in a management related field preferred. Coursework in library science or records management a plus. Upon hiring, the company may provide "on the job" training at a TDY location as required. Upon successful completion of all required training, the employee will report to Alamogordo, NM/Holloman AFB. Minimum of 3 years experience in Plans & Scheduling or related field, including experience in a military technical document management environment. Prior experience working with UAVs preferred. Must have recent aviation maintenance experience to be considered.

Familiarization with USAF database collection systems preferred. Proficient in computer operations and programs, with the ability to utilize software applicable to the tasks. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a detailed environment. Able to analyze technical information and work with numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to lift 40 pounds (one tote box of hard-copy records).

Must apply for an Interim Secret Clearance within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance as a condition of continued employment per contract.

Duties / Responsibilities

Supports Predator UAV maintenance. Geographic location of assignment is at Alamogordo, NM/Holloman AFB. Employee must be able to support TDY deployments to other CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Manages and maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program. Develops plans and establish production schedules to meet customer requirements. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Proficient in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS) and other maintenance management programs. Maintain equipment records. Collect, review, and file documented information for planning and scheduling. Ensures accurate documentation of aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.
