Report directly to SRCA CEO and SRCA Aviation DirectorKey liaison to HEMS operator leadership, outlining all contract requirements of each party for delivery
Provide input and direction to SRCA leadership for all program logistic requirements and resource allocation (e.g. work visas, permits, licensure and regulatory compliance).
Coordinate organization and personnel of SRCA and HEMS operator teams, including direct oversight of 2-3 operational leads (SRCA) responsible for construction, maintenance and management of new HEMS bases.
Monitor overall performance during all phases of new HEMS operations and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.
Direct overall performance on the program(s), assuring that restraints of schedule and costs are met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.
Provide regular project updates (Program Status Report) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost and schedule).
Identify, negotiate and manage all necessary contractor/sub-contractor relationships for HEMS infrastructure expansion (e.g. land rights, foundation and facilities construction, equipment and supplies acquisition, utilities initiation, maintenance and ground crew hiring). Assure that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate.
Lead team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk.
Maintain and report key metrics for senior management including development program milestone.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
BS / BA or aviation-specific certificates10+ years in aerospace industry or related experience
10+ years management experience
Helicopter, EMS and International experience strongly preferred
MBA preferred
Training in PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification desirable
Experience with contracts desirable
Knowledge of corporate and project finance and negotiations desirable
Skills needed: leadership, problem solving, communication both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports organizational and planning
Must have the ability to lead others communicating expectations and requirements internally and externally.
Must be a catalyst for change, leading the way for SRCA and HEMS operator personnel and taking responsibility for the performance and schedule of the project.
Directions:
Salary and total benefits total 325,000 USD annually
