DEPUTY PROGRAM MGR - FORT BRAGG

Program Manager will manage the L-3 Vertex maintenance contract Ft Bragg, NC. Will work out of Ft Bragg, NC and be responsible for all work sites and all personnel located throughout the job sites; occasional travel to work sites in all assigned locations as required. Provides direction and expertise to the Site Supervisors, and administrative staff. Manages and closely monitors work site manning levels.

Essential Functions:

Initiates actions to accomplish contract requirements. Mentors Site Supervisors and Team Leaders. Monitors work in progress to ensure all work is accomplished in accordance with established policies, procedures, specifications and standards. Coordinates production related matters with customer activities and Program Management Identifies potential problems in a timely manner, implements corrective actions and ensures the contract commitments are met. Manages functional task elements, such as, quality control, training, safety, logistics, and administrative functions. Acts as customer contact at Ft Bragg, NC, on status and performance; anticipates and fulfills customer needs. Assigns specific field team program requirements and responsibilities to functional managers. Coordinates employment actions for employees in the program. Performs other related duties as required.

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications: Aviation Maintenance Management Experience required (Military background preferred). Knowledge of Ft Bragg, NC Operations and policies a plus. Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
