AVIATION -PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK

THIS JOB COULD BE IN IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, OR KUWAIT.

Compiles and records production data for maintenance and modification operations. Prepares records and reports using data from maintenance and inspection records, forms, documents, workbooks and time and attendance records, following prescribed recording procedures, using typewriter and other devices. Calculates and analyzes such factors as cost accounting, man-hour expenditures, nonproductive time, production rates and statistical reports, using adding machine or calculator. Writes Production Reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats. Maintains file of production control data, forms and reports. Prepares written work instructions and schedules based on established guidelines and priorities. Charts production schedules and phased man-loading using charts and graphs, based on compiled statistical data.

Working Conditions: May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold, wind and extremely high noise levels. This position requires normal physical functions. Will be required to comply with safety requirements of the Standard Operating Procedures Manual. May be required to wear personal protective equipment, where applicable. Individual must be able to lift/move objects weighing 45 lbs or less that are positioned between the shoulder and the ankle and objects weighing 25 lbs. or less that are positioned above the shoulder.

Experience: Must have a minimum of two years. Qualification: Completion of Military Technical Training or comparable Civilian Trade School is desired.
