Our client in Bridgewater, VA is actively seeking qualified Sheetmetal Mechanics for immediate employment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a salary $28-30/Hr based upon candidate's amount of prior aviation maintenance experience. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to receive per diem. It is a long-term, contract to hire position for candidates seeking to make a career move to a growing company.

Job Description:

The Sheetmetal Mechanic will be fabricating and installing sheetmetal components in support of an intelligence/reconniassance modification program.

Candidates will be supporting Dash-8 work on the 200/300 series. The work will be in support of a government customer and responsibilities will be to complete "C checks" and heavy maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification work on the aircraft. Will be responsible for stripping the aircraft down and installing various systems and mechanical systems on the aircraft.

Job Requirements: -5+ Years Aviation Maintenance Experience -Significant Dash 8 Experience Preferred -Sheetmetal Fabrication Experience
