Description:
Aircraft Operations SupportJOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist customers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner -Assist passengers with special needs -Resolve customer complaints -Communicate with customers and ground and aircraft personnel -Loading and unloading baggage (continuous heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs for periods of time) -Load planning calculate weight and balance of aircraft -Directing aircraft movement and tugging aircraft
REQUIREMENTS: -Valid drivers license -Minimum of 18 years of age -Must be able to provide proof of right to work in U.S. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance, bend, kneel, squat repeatedly -Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand English -Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, varied schedules
