787/747/C17/KC135 Structural Mechanics - ($710/week in per diem)

Description:
My client has over 200 structural mechanic openings working on the 747/787, C-17 and KC-135 programs at their San Antonio Texas facility. Please review the job description below and reply with a copy of your resume for consideration.

1) Perform assembly and disassembly operations on aircraft structures in accordance with DOD, manufacturer, company, supplier and other directives.  
2) Performs operational checks of aircraft structural components with or without production aids.  
3) Assembles and tests articles for use in structural and system testing, development, and modification of aircraft.  
4) Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
5) Able to setup and use a variety of precision measuring instruments such as:  dial indicators, micrometers, gauges, protractors, and calipers, etc.
6) Able to use common hand tools such as: drills, reamers, deburrers, files, rivet guns, bucking bars, etc.
7) Able to assemble aircraft structures and associated components with the aid of jigs and fixtures by drilling, filing, filling, honing, reaming, counter-sinking, dimpling, burring and fastening.
8) Able to perform close tolerance assembly operations such as:  shimming, fitting, trimming, and aligning where variances may occur considerably from one assembly to another as with fairings and the mating of major structural assemblies.
9) Able to replace ribs, stiffeners, stringers in skinned assemblies establishing from blueprints with firm callouts, butt, center, chord, station and water lines.
10) Able to blind pickup of hole locations for blank parts from existing structure.  Also able to correct cans, buckles, wrinkles in outer skins
Responsibilities and Requirements:
1) Should have knowledge of shop mathematics, riveting, and assembly methods and shop practice.  
2) Work from drawings, sketches, sample parts, position templates and other complete or incomplete information.  
3) Requires 2 to 4 years of experience in those duties as previously described for satisfactory performance.

Paid training:
4-8 weeks - will receive FAM Certification after completion
Directions:
Contract Duration: 1+ year
Rate: $25.00/hour. Overtime: $37.50/hour
Per-diem Split: $710/week + $7.25/hour straight time
Overtime: Yes 10-20 hours a week ($375-750/week)
Total compensation a week with overtime: $1375-1750
Bonuses:
1) $700 paid after one month of employment on 787/747 program and after six months on C17/KC135 program
2) $2,500 net after one year of employment.
Start Date: Monday September 12th, 19th and 26th
