National Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. (NCAT) is a non-profit corporation that provides a national focal point for the coordination of scientific research and development predicated upon a cooperative relationship between government, academia, and the private sector. NCAT also analyzes government policies concerning research and development of advanced technologies and formulates improved approaches to such efforts in the national and public interest.



Next Generation Air Transportation System (NGATS) Institute operates in conjunction with the Joint Planning and Development Office (JPDO) within the Federal Aviation Administration. It coordinates aerospace industry participation, ensuring that JPDO Integrated Product Teams have the expertise needed in order to carry out their respective tasks.
