ARO Service

ARO Service provides repair services on structural components for the commercial aviation industry. We specialize in flight control assemblies and other aerostructure assemblies manufactured from bonded aluminum, advanced composite & honeycomb materials. ARO Service has maintained an FAA repair station license, limited airframe rating, continuously held since 1975.

Our on-site repair processing includes:

Curing adhesive bonded and composite structures in autoclaves, ovens, presses & heat blanket consoles.
Anodize (PAA) treatment for aluminum details prior to bonding.
Controlled environment in the lay-up, metal treatment, adhesive primer application areas.
Fabrication of composite & metallic molds / tools and alignment fixtures.
NDT using magnetic particle, fluorescent penetrant & ultrasonic inspection equipment.
Full test lab, including destructive test of specimens & chemical analysis.
Complete aerostructure component disassembly, repair & reassembly.
Composite & sheet metal detail fabrication
TIG Welding of aluminum, titanium & stainless steel alloys.
Heat treating (Aluminum alloys)
Selective (Brush) Cadmium Plating restoration
