From our founding in 1955, Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE), Inc. has offered exceptional expeditionary services to a range of customers, including the U.S. government, international agencies and foreign governments.

In 2006, PAE became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lockheed Martin Corporation.  While operating under Lockheed Martin ownership, PAE strengthened its corporate infrastructure and its focus on performance excellence, while continuing to provide superior logistical and support services to United States and foreign government agencies and international aid organizations. 

In February 2011, Lockheed Martin announced its intent to sell PAE to Lindsay Goldberg, LLC.  Under new ownership, PAE will continue to provide the services that support our customers' most challenging missions.  The values that have set us apart over the past five decades continue to guide our company.
