Airbase is primarily a FAA 145 Repair Company focused on cargo and interior equipment as well as related services. We hold multiple licenses from the CAA, Canadian MOT and FAA and operate in just over 20 different locations within Canada, the UK and the US. Close to 700 personnel are currently employed with us in a variety of job functions and our corporate headquarters are in Boulder, CO. Airbase believes we are one of the largest independent maintenance providers operating within our market segment. Many of the largest airlines in the world have partnered with us under long-term agreements and we also hold strategic partnerships with many of the top original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) within the cargo and interiors market.
